We have successfully completed the 83^rd year in our company’s history and, now more than ever are optimistic about the future of our business. Despite the economic uncertainty portrayed by the media and the challenges that continue to exist for most industries and businesses, we are confident that Mellott Company will continue to grow and thrive. Growth will require that we apply solid business principles in our execution of strategy. Our focused attention on value-added processes, innovation, and brand identity will be the leading drivers of success.

The team’s resolve to push forward during these challenging times has reinforced my belief in our people. Our team’s commitment to excellence has truly inspired confidence in our Company, our employees, our products and our partners. A company’s most critical assets are its people thus driving our focus on personal and career fulfillment for existing employees and our never-ending search for additional core competent talent.

Our family-owned business is one of the nation’s leading suppliers to the Aggregate, Slag, Construction and Power industries. We add value by contributing to the growth and profitability of our owners, employees, customers, and community. We are motivated by the solid values-based principles established by our founder Herman Benjamin “H.B.” Mellott in 1927.
